  • Visual Inspiration & Design: We’ll assist you in creating a cohesive design concept by helping you pin ideas on a shared Pinterest board. This will help us better understand your style, theme, and desired wedding aesthetic.

  • Budget Management: We’ll help you track and manage your budget, ensuring your plans stay within your financial goals while making your vision a reality.

  • Planning Timeline & Checklist: We’ll work with you to create a comprehensive timeline for the entire planning process, with key deadlines for bookings, tastings, fittings, and payments—ensuring you stay organized and on top of it all.

  • Vendor Recommendations & Contracts: From photographers to florists, we’ll provide you with a curated list of trusted vendors. We’ll also assist with contract review to make sure all services are clear and in your best interest.

  • Vendor Appointments & Coordination: We’ll assist in scheduling and attending appointments for venues, vendors, attire, and tastings, ensuring everything is aligned with your vision.

  • Rehearsal Dinner Assistance: If you’re hosting a rehearsal dinner, we can help you choose and book the perfect venue to complement your wedding celebration.

  • Full Day-of Coordination: We’ll be on-site from start to finish, handling all aspects of the event, including set-up and tear-down. Our team will be there to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan, so you can fully enjoy the day.

  • Final Payments & Gratuities: We’ll handle the distribution of final payments and gratuities to your venue and vendors on the day of the event.

Custom Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning Services are perfect for couples who have already secured their event date, chosen a venue, and booked several vendors but need additional help with the planning process moving forward. If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed by the multitude of details or unsure about the next steps, Yinz Getting Married is here to guide you through the rest of the way, making sure that everything is in place and running smoothly on the big day.
 

What’s Included:

  • Initial Consultation: A comprehensive meeting to understand your event details, brainstorm ideas, and assess your planning needs. We’ll help refine your vision and start tackling the remaining tasks.

  • Follow-up Meetings: We’ll meet twice to finalize the details. These can include vendor meetings (florists, rental companies, etc.) and a final venue walkthrough 4-6 weeks before the event to ensure everything is set.

  • Floor Plan & Seating Chart: We’ll assist with developing the event’s floor plan and designing your seating chart to ensure everything flows effortlessly.

  • Timeline Creation & Distribution: We’ll craft a detailed event timeline and distribute it to all vendors, ensuring everyone knows where they need to be and when.

  • Vendor Recommendations & Hiring: We’ll provide a curated list of trusted vendors within your budget for anything you still need to book, from caterers to entertainment. We’ll also help you set up appointments and coordinate tastings or fittings.

  • Full Day-of Coordination: Our team will be there to manage every detail of your day, from setting up to ensuring everything runs according to plan. (Up to 15 hours of day-of coordination included.)

  • Vendor Confirmation: We’ll confirm all vendor details the week of and on the day of the event to ensure everyone is on the same page.

  • Ceremony Direction & Rehearsal: We’ll direct your ceremony from start to finish, including hosting the rehearsal the day before your wedding to ensure smooth execution.

  • Collaboration with Venue Coordinator: We’ll team up with your venue coordinator to ensure that duties are divided and everything runs like clockwork.

  • Final Payments & Gratuities: We’ll ensure all final payments and gratuities are handled and distributed to the appropriate vendors and venue staff on the day of the event.

  • Set-Up & Decorating: Our team will handle event and venue set-up, including any decor and design elements. We’ll also take care of the reception tear-down and gather personal items at the end of the event.

Month Of Planning

Our Month of Coordination Services are designed for couples who have already planned their perfect wedding or event but want professional assistance to ensure everything runs seamlessly on the big day. With this service, Yinz Getting Married takes over a month before your event to confirm all the details, making sure that everything is in place and ready to go.

What we do:

  • Final Vendor Confirmations: We’ll reach out to all your vendors to ensure everything is confirmed and on track.
  • Timeline Creation: We’ll craft a detailed timeline for the day of the event, ensuring smooth transitions and no surprises.
  • Rehearsal Coordination: We’ll guide you through the rehearsal, ensuring everyone knows their roles and responsibilities.
  • Day-of Coordination: From overseeing the setup to ensuring the event flows according to plan, we’ll be there to manage the day so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
